Shipping & Shop Policy
Please allow 1-2 weeks (business days only, excludes weekends and holidays) for me to process and ship your order. I ship worldwide via UPS or USPS. I am not responsible for any custom, import, or brokerage fees. All orders come with tracking and insurance. I do combine orders that go to the same address. If there are any shipping overcharges they will be refunded to the payment type used on your order. Once I have shipped your item, you will receive an email with tracking info. Please make sure you use the correct email and address at checkout so you can check the status of your package. USPS or UPS may take a few days, or even weeks, to scan in your package after it has been dropped off or picked up so please keep that in mind when checking your tracking info and give it at least 1-2 days, or more, to update. Please make sure you or someone you trust is available to receive your package. Please make sure the address you’re having your items shipped to is correct and current. If your package gets sent back to me due to your address being incorrect you will be asked to repay postage BEFORE I ship it again. If you decide you do not want the package anymore you will be asked to pay a $10 restocking fee.
Due to the nature of my products all purchases and sales are final. I don’t accept any exchanges or returns. If you’d like to cancel your order you must notify me within 24 hours. I always want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase and experience with my shop so please feel free to email me with any issues or concerns you had with your order.
Damaged/Lost Goods/Missing Contents:
If your package comes damaged and your products are unusable, you do not have to send me the package back. Just take a picture of the damage and please email me your picture and order number ASAP so I can file a claim. You can dispose of it carefully and properly after you have contacted me with the necessary info. Once USPS has your package I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. If any of these situations occur please refer to the USPS website for information or you can also contact your local USPS carrier, your local post office, or your neighbors to see if your package possibly got delivered to their address by mistake. Please bring your package in as soon as possible after being delivered to avoid your candles and/or wax melts melting in the heat (which I am not responsible for and cannot remake in that circumstance). As always, I want to make sure your experience with my shop is nothing short of wonderful so please feel free to reach out if there’s any issues with your order.
All of my packaging is reusable, compostable, biodegradable, or recyclable. I HIGHLY encourage you to reuse what you can and properly dispose of what you can’t use. I truly strive to be as low waste as possible for myself and my shop so you may get packaging materials that have been reused such as boxes, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap. It may not be pretty all the time but the quality of the products inside remains the same. All of your products and packages are sanitized before I ship them out.
